To meet the challenge of eliminating leaks and increasing
performance in the fluid
power industry Fluid Line Products, the Ohio based designer
and manufacturer of fluid
power components, has introduced the Uniport 10K® port/fitting
system.
This unique design benefits users
with:
● Two seal points metal to metal and
o-ring to prevent leakage at any
pressure.
The double seal conical
metal-to-metal seal helps insure extrusion resistance of the
o-ring seal to form a leak barrier.
● The most error free hydraulic
assembly known to man. A simple two step
process assures a mistake proof assembly. Torque it and forget it.
● The swivel nut on elbows and tees
allows for closer positioning of
adjacent ports resulting in more compact components and weight
reduction.
The Uniport 10K® has passed the most
comprehensive test program required by
the Society of Automotive
Engineers and meets standard J2337.
Applications are currently performing in hydraulics, pneumatics, climate
control,
engine fuel systems, and chemical processing. This product is used in
association with
pumps, valves, manifolds, and cylinders. Products are crafted from
steel, stainless
steel, monel, and brass in any configuration or special
application. Sizes range from
1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch diameter. |
