To meet the challenge of environmentally safe no spill oil changes, Fluid Line Products, the Ohio based designer and manufacturer of fluid power components, has introduced the Waste Gard II ® oil drain valve. The valve has a low-profile to allow for maximum clearance under sumps, reservoirs, and gear boxes. A double seal design-body and dust cap-provides protection against leakage. The drain assembly can be used with a segment of hose to drain directly into a waste container. No tools are required and contact with hot oil is eliminated. Applications are currently performing in hydraulics, truck and bus, agriculture, material handling, oil and gas, and forestry. Products are crafted from steel, stainless, brass, and monel.
